Established in 1938, today the legendary Ace Cafe London is a 21st century fully licensed cafe-restaurant and venue. With reminders of its colourful history on the walls, numerous meets are held throughout the year to cater for all enthusiasts, from Ton Up Day through to Hot Rod Night.
With room to dance in a very relaxed atmosphere, the cafe has featured top rock n' roll artists from the USA, such as Robert Gordon, Linda Gail-Lewis and Nick Willet, through to contemporary rock n' roll and rockabilly bands and DJ's. Many gigs are tribute nights to the late and the great, to include Gene Vincent, Billy Fury, Elvis, Eddie Cochran and Johnny Kidd, who frequented the cafe in the late fifties and early sixties.
