We would remind you of the restrictions placed on all information which may be posted, which are set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, particularly those relating to inaccurate information and libel. You will be liable for any consequences of not observing this restriction and you are obliged to indemnify us against any breach. We reserve the right, at our entire discretion, to remove any matter posted on our database. The information provided on our Site is provided on the basis that we accept no liability for any of the information shown there. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. If any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable or unlawful then they shall be construed as if such provision had been omitted and the enforceability or legality of the remaining terms shall be unaffected.
